PULICE CONSTRUCTION, INC. POSITION DESCRIPTION SUMMARY The HR Intern will assist the Corporate HR team with a variety of human resource related administrative duties. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide clerical and administrative support to HR Department Maintain and update employee files I9 file management Employee termination file management Prepare employee packets Performs other related duties as required and assigned. REQUIREMENTS Minimum - High School Diploma. Two (2) or more years of data entry experience. Use of Payroll or HRIS a plus. Strong organizational skills, accuracy and detail oriented. Ability to multi-task and work in high pressure environment. Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and familiarity with HRIS systems. Proactive and solution oriented. Must demonstrate exceptional judgment, discretion and professional courtesy. Effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a high degree of confidentiality.
