SUMMARY Responsible for development and execution of key HR initiatives for HRBT project in support of achieving business goals and objectives. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage new employee onboarding process to include company education, background screening compliance and employee data input activities. Responsible for facilitation of day to day Human Resource functions including assisting in the recruitment process for all positions (such as candidate screening, selection, offer, and requisition close processes). Build and maintain relationships with management, subcontractors and employees regarding support and closure, as needed. Conduct new hire orientations and respond to benefits/compensation questions. Assist as needed with annual reviews. Communicate and implement company policies regarding employee issues, as needed. Provide leadership in the design and development of strategic Human Resources reports for executive level review. Assist in certified payroll compliance and EEO requirements. Performs other related duties as required and assigned. REQUIREMENTS Associates' degree in related field. Three (3) to five (5) years of Human Resources experience. Minimum 1 year experience reviewing certified payroll for federal labor compliance. Knowledge of EEO state and federal requirements. Experience recruiting and facilitating the hiring/onboarding processes, including I-9 verification. Experience working within the construction industry. Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. Well-developed written presentation, organization, and editing skills. Ability to multi-task and work in high pressure environment. Proactive and solution-oriented. Must demonstrate exceptional judgment, discretion and professional courtesy.
