SUMMARY The Financial Analyst is responsible for providing general accounting and finance support to the corporate team while assisting in the analysis of costs for use in the tactical business decision making of operational team members. Pulice does not pay for relocation for any out of state applicants. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Input and analyze company payables Assist in production of payments to outside vendors Respond to inquiries regarding vendor invoices and materials and equipment job cost charges Create and process recurring journal entries Collaborate with field operations on costs Reconcile accounts and statements Assist during mid-year and annual audits Perform other related duties as required and assigned REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration Entry level finance experience, recent graduate to two years Experience in banking and treasury functions Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and familiarity with ERP systems Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to follow through on commitments and projects Well organized and skilled in planning Exceptional communicator Pre-employment background check and drug screening required EOE Women/Minorities/Veterans/Disabled
