DRAGADOS USA POSITION DESCRIPTION Job Title: EHS Manager II Division/Department: Operations Reports to: Deputy Project Director Date: TBD Location: California High Speed Rail DFJV CP23 FSLA: Exempt Summary:: The EHS Manager II will be responsible for working with the project team to implement the company Safety and Health Program, Conduct and Develop Training, and Develop and implement Safety Metrics for the project. Responsibilities will include: Conducting and Developing Training Participating and Conducting Safety Driven Meetings Developing Site Specific Policies (as needed) and following company driven policies Provide adminisrative, technical direction and updates on the DFJV Safety program Provide assistance to project managment to ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures Assist in investigating incidents on site and develop required reports Support Safety Recognition Program Support Company Drug and Alcohol Program Conduct and participate in Safety Audits and Inspections Coordinate Safety training activities on the project Inventory and Order Safety supplies and materials as needed Attend pre-construction meetings, progress meetings and others as required Lead certain site weekley Safety meetings Maintain knowledge of DFJV company values and strategic plan Support published DFJV policies Perform additional assignments per managements direction Coordinate and support Safety Committees Preferred Skills: OSHA 30 Hour Training (Certification) Safety Certifications ( CSP, OHST, CHST) First Aid/CPR/ADD 3-5 Years Heavy Civil Construction Experience Computer efficiency in Microsoft and Company Programs DRAGADOS IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER
