Position Summary/Objective An Administrative Assistant to provide support to the Regional MWDBE in the Compliance Dept. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and interpersonal skills, while remaining flexible and easily adaptable to changing priorities. The ideal candidate will also have demonstrated experience interfacing with all levels of internal and external professionals, strong writing and presentation skills, and experience coordinating meetings and events. Principal/Essential Duties & Responsbilities Identify and solicit certified firms for projects requiring MWDBE participation; Coordinate logistics for meetings, outreach events, etc. Assist with administrative duties such as: Maintain spreadsheets; Compile documentation; Maintain project filed & MWDBE program documents; Typing letters, memorandums and correspondence; Assist with the creation/modification of presentations, spreadsheets, and other various documents; Performs other related duties as required and assigned. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years administrative experience Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook; Ability to multi-task and work in high pressure environment; Must demonstrate exceptional judgment, discretion, and professional courtesy.
