Position Summary: The Office Manager will provide administrative support to an office, project, department or several managers. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and interpersonal skills, while remaining flexible and easily adaptable to changing priorities. The ideal candidate will also have demonstrated experience interfacing with all levels of internal and external professionals, managing complex calendars and travel arrangements and coordinating meetings and events. Essential Responsibilities Interface with executives, assistants, and other internal/external professionals both nationally and internationally Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, etc. Coordinate, prepare, and reconcile expenses Assist with administrative duties such as: Scheduling calendars, conferences, meetings, etc.; Travel arrangements; Compiling documentation; Organize files; Typing letters, memorandums and correspondence; Maintenance of project files. Assist in creation of reports and presentations Assist with the creation/modification of presentations, spreadsheets, and other various documents Organize, prioritize, and summarize the content on incoming mail, calls, special requests, and meetings Qualifications Required Able to manage and organize and office of up to 100 people Bachelor’s degree Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a similar role Must demonstrate exceptional judgment, discretion, and professional courtesy Effective oral and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills Preferred Design and construction industry work experience is preferred Strong typing skills Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Strong customer service skills Ability to multi-task and work in high pressure environment Dragados USA Inc., in an Equal Opportunity Employer
