Summary: Responsible for assisting with the development and execution of talent acquisition initiatives for the project as well as supporting the organization in various key areas to overcome challenges and meet the company’s business goals and objectives. Essential Responsibilities: Responsible for full-cycle recruitment process and efforts specific to the project to meet hiring needs. Responsible for collaborating with key project executives and hiring managers to develop talent acquisition strategies to hire employees in region to meet business needs. Identifies optimal talent sources for active and passive job seekers including niche job boards, cold-calling strategies, professional association partnerships, resume databases, diversity organizations, industry networking, employee referrals, Internet sourcing, social media, and college programs. Maintain requisition data integrity of Application Tracking System Takes a proactive approach in partnering with hiring managers to understand their short and long term hiring needs resulting in effective manpower planning tools to ensure customer requirements are met. Works closely with internal and external customers to solicit feedback and identify opportunities to improve existing services through increasing quality and/or reducing costs and to identify new services that can be more effectively and efficiently delivered through the talent acquisition and "onboarding" process. Develops and manages numerous strategic sources for recruiting the highest caliber and most qualified candidates including employee referrals, external research, and internet and headhunting firms. Develops and executes progressive integrated recruitment solutions using multiple avenues including direct sourcing, industry networking, employee referrals, internet sourcing, social media, minority and trade job fairs, targeted advertising, headhunting firms, and college programs. Implements and maintains internal job posting records and external recruiting records processing procedures. Researches market trends in recommending competitive hiring salaries and benefits. Implements initiatives for diversity recruiting. Implements innovative sourcing and prescreening activities, and assessment tools. Builds and maintains relationships and strong communication with project executives and hiring managers regarding search activities, support, and closure. Responsible for organization review/job evaluation, candidate screening, selection, offer and close processes. Maintains recruitment reporting on a weekly basis for corporate. Qualifications: Required: Bachelor’s degree in related field. Six (6) to eight (8) years of Talent Acquisition experience. Strong business acumen and experience working within the construction industry. Knowledge of federal and state employment law, equal employment guidelines. Preferred: Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and familiarity with HRIS systems. Well-developed written presentation, organization, and editing skills. Strong negotiation skills and customer service skills. Ability to multi-task and work in high pressure environment. Must demonstrate exceptional judgment, discretion and professional courtesy.
