Executive Assistant to support the several executives, under the direction of CAO/CHRO.  The ideal candidate will have strong executive presence with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, while remaining flexible and easily adaptable to changing priorities. The ideal candidate will also have demonstrated experience interfacing with all levels of internal and external professionals, managing complex calendars and travel arrangements for senior executives and coordinating large scale meetings and events. 



  • Interface with executives, assistants, and other internal/external professionals both nationally and internationally

  • Manage calendar for several executives 

  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, etc.

  • Coordinate, prepare, and reconcile expenses

  • Administrative duties such as travel arrangements, typing letters, memorandums and correspondence;

  • Assist with the creation/modification of presentations, spreadsheets, and other various documents.

  • Organize, prioritize, and summarize the content on incoming mail, calls, special requests, and meetings.

  • Other duties as needed



  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 3-5 years of experience supporting senior level executives

  • Polished demeanor and communication skills

  • Strong typing skills

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Strong customer service skills.

  • Ability to multi-task and work in high pressure environment.

  • Strong organizational skills and very detail oriented.

  • Proactive and solution oriented.

  • Must demonstrate exceptional judgment, discretion, and professional courtesy.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
