The Staff Accountant will be required to oversee all accounting functions within the company. Within this role, you will be required to perform all the day-to-day accounting functions listed below:

Responsibilities:

Including but not limited to:

? Ensures the accounting in accordance with IAS/ US GAAP and company standards

? General Ledger reconciliations & analysis

? Manage accounts payable including processing AP invoices, monitor insurance certificates for subcontractors, setup of new vendors and processing credit applications for new accounts.

? Manage purchasing card administration and reconciliation.

? Preparation, entering & posting of journal entries

? Month-end accrual preparation and other closing processes

? Reconcile the balances in the subsidiary register to the summary accounts in the general ledger.

? Inter-company account balancing

? Audit preparation and assistance

? Provide support to the Project Manager, AFC Manager, and Project Operations, as required.

? Carry out job duties while maintaining Lane values

? Other duties and projects as assigned
