Lane Construction is looking for a temp to perm Compliance Administrator to join our upbeat and high energy compliance team! The Compliance Administrator will handle Wage and Hour compliance and reporting. This is an entry level position and will be based out of our Cheshire, CT office.  This position reports to the Compliance Supervisor.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensures compliance with local and federal agencies

  • Timely and accurate submission of certified payroll and compliance reports for Lane and its subcontractors including analyzing certified payrolls

  • Works closely with A/P, Engineers, Project Managers, and Office Managers to identify and manage all requirements of the reporting of certified payrolls

  • Manage compliance reporting requirements specific to the federal and state agencies

  • Carry out job duties while maintaining Lane values 

  • Other duties as assigned
